Working principle of the light barrier of the security inspection machine: The light barrier mainly identifies whether there is an object blocking the infrared ray by emitting infrared rays, so as to judge whether there is a package entering the security inspection machine channel.

2. If there is no object blocking the infrared ray, the light barrier will not give a signal to the host, and the host will judge that there is no package entering the channel, and the ray source will not emit x-rays.

Therefore, if the light barrier is not cleaned for a long time, the light barrier port will be covered with dust, and the dust will block the infrared ray, causing the host to always judge that there is a package entering, thereby causing the ray source to work and emit x-rays all the time, increasing the frequency of damage to the ray source and shortening the life of the ray source.

Suggestion: Clean the light barrier port regularly

Cleaning cycle: once every 7 days;

Cleaning method: Use a cotton swab to remove dust from the light barrier port;

Cleaning time: 3-5 minutes.
